Power issues identified as cause of Center-Bay station issues

Last week I was able to track down the problems with the Center Bay Station serving Center Bay and the West Bay Landing community to an issue with the power system. I have put in place a workaround and will be finalizing the fix once I am able to get some trenching done for some new line.
